UI Designers: Time To Rethink Some Assumptions
Because dual monitors are becoming common. It might be a traditional no-brainer that when the user resizes the window and moves it somewhere else, you should open all subsequent windows in that location at that size. But not if the user has two monitors, and especially not if each monitor is a different size or is set to different resolutions.
